BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Abreu began his career in the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. He later worked as an Assistant Public Defender in the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office.
Dr. Abreu currently represents individuals throughout the state of Florida in state and federal courts and has represented clients in federal courts throughout the United States. He has represented some of the most notorious international drug traffickers and money launderers in Federal Court.
His experience includes numerous jury trials, bench trials and motion hearings. Dr. Abreu has appeared on WSVN Channel 7’s “Help Me Howard”, “Maria Elvira Confronta”, “Ultima Palabra” with Ninoska Perez Castellon, “Ahora” with Oscar Haza, “Sevcec a Fondo” with Pedro Sevcec.
Internationally, Dr. Abreu has appeared on WRadio, LaFM Radio, Noticias Caracol and newspapers/magazines such as El Tiempo and Revista Semana in Colombia and others throughout Latin America. He has been interviewed by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Miami Herald and El Nuevo Herald about high-perfil cases he has handled.
Dr. Abreu is also a frequent guest on “Ahora” with Oscar Haza, a Spanish-language current affairs television program in which he addresses legal and political issues in the news.

La Exención de interés nacional EB2 descarta la necesidad de una certificación laboral del Departamento de Trabajo. La certificación laboral puede ser costosa y lleva tiempo obtenerla. Esta visa también elimina el requisito de una oferta de empleo. Sin embargo, todos los demás requisitos de “entrada” deben cumplirse para ser elegible para la visa.
